High-density 3D Modeling

Set within the historical context of Montreal, this project explores the integration of classical architecture and corporate functionality through high-density 3D modeling. The primary challenge lay in the exact digital reconstruction of the original elements: Corinthian capitals, ceiling roses, and plaster moldings were recreated with complex geometry to capture, with absolute fidelity, the monumentality and details of the actual site.

The visual narrative relies on soft, diffused 'Nordic' light entering through the large windows, working with Global Illumination (GI) bounces across the white walls to highlight the three-dimensionality of the ornamentation without harsh shadows. This treatment allows every modeled detail to integrate realistically, visually separating the warmth of the wooden floors from the sobriety of the executive furniture.

Beyond strict architectural representation, visualization here acts as a strategic closing tool. These Marketing Floor Plans were specifically designed to enhance the work of real estate agents by providing attractive and clear information.

The objective is to translate technical complexity into spatial clarity: by presenting furniture and textures in a schematic way, potential clients can visualize real occupancy and space flow at first glance, accelerating decision-making in the leasing or sales process.

The project explores a deliberate tension: the boldness of the interior luxury finishes against the abundant nature that surrounds it. Two worlds that do not oppose, but rather validate one another.
